Release Log

This is a Release Log to keep members updated on new features and changes as they are deployed.

• Fixed: Invoices and Acknowledgments bug introduced in previous release
• Added: Form Mailer on our help page to direct questions and comments to the proper recipient
• Removed: Email addresses on profile pages. (security reasons)
• Added: Contact Form on each users profile page that goes directly to their email address

• Added: Sorting algorithm, run weekly, to determine order of users displayed in City listings.

Zip code search is unchanged. It is ordered by the distance of each notary in the result set from the geo-location of the entered zip code. Up until now however, we had no way of sorting City searches. The new addition is that we have added a position script that will run weekly, and will give us an easy way to order notaries in cities.

While we can not disclose exactly how our positioning algorithm works, we can say that two major factores are Recommendations and Posts.

• Updated: Refactored and updated a lot of underlying code. There should be a significant speed improvement as well.

There have been a lot of unmentioned changes that I will get to posting in the future. More changes to follow this one as well.
