I just wanted to find out why I can’t change the way my company’s name is set up in my profile?

It should read as followed: (P.A.S.Mobile Notary Solutions)not P.a.s.Mobile Notary Solutions. I have been trying to correct this, but it goes back to same way. Could you please assist me in this?
