I serve Cottonwood, Sedona, Camp Verde, Clarkdale, Rimrock, and Lake Montezuma. Prescott is 50miles depending & Flagstaff is 65 mi. to the city limits. Map Quest is not very accurate for directions/milage in our area.

My fee is $100 for the first 25miles plus $25 per set of 100 page documents. The first 12 pages of fax backs are included then there is a fee of 10cents a page. Fee is negotiable.

Please note: FedEx does Not pickup or deliver in Cottonwood on Sat./Sunday. I can send out on Sat. by going to the depot which is another 13 miles one way.

I have yet to make an error that delayed a loan closing.
