I am a Notary Signing Agent for the State of Maryland. I have my Title Producers License as required in MD, and am bonded and insured. I have over four years experience with Purchase Loans, refinance Loans, 1st and 2nd Mortgages,HELOC, and Modification. I am available Monday – Friday 6pm to 10pm, Saturdays 6am -10pm normally but can work outside of this time with advance notice. I cover Baltimore County for normal fees, will cover Cecil, Kent, Carroll, and Harford County’s’ for extra Trip fee.
