I specialize in loan documents, and work strictly for companies rather than individuals as I do not have an office. Car titles must go to the DMV tag office for notarization.

I have handled RESAP signings, refi/debt consolidation, construction, purchases, HELOC, 1st/2nd (Piggyback) and streamline loans. NOW OFFERING REVERSE MORTGAGE signings, Estate Planning witnessing and Loan Forbearance.

I am a student and my schedule changes. I am pretty much open for signings with exception to Sundays.

My base fee is $75. I am willing to negotiate fees. If I print documents, such as edocs/dynamic docs I charge $25 in addition to my base fee. If there is extra travel involved, most companies pay $25 extra.

If there is a cancellation within 2 hours of a scheduled appt, there is a minimum $35 fee or 1/2 the total fee. Ex: total fee =$100 1/2=$50 Purchases are paying $125 and any last minute closings are paying $105.
