Our notaries will meet your client at any location at any time of day between 7:30 a.m. and 10:00 p.m. We have even done a few closings outside those hours to accommodate shift workers and those that commute.

When we receive your call and agree to accept the assignment, we understand the fact that we represent you to the borrower and put your best foot forward.

The borrower will be called within the next 15 minutes to confirm details of the meeting place and time, and to remind them of any and all stipulations of the lender and/or title company.

When the documents are received they are printed and each page is examined and compared to the electronic file to ensure it printed completely and correctly.

A separate set of documents is printed for the borrower.

Your instructions are read carefully and more than once to ensure that our notaries know exactly how you want the signing conducted, what color ink you want used and any other special procedures you want carried out.

We never give any legal advice. The borrower is told up front, at the time of arrival, that we are notaries and can only witness their signatures. We can show which document answers their questions. We will stop a signing at any time, for any length of time, so that the borrower may contact their loan officer to clarify anything. Just like you, we want the borrower comfortable in signing your loan documents.

The notaries are required to dress in casual business attire. No shorts, mini-skirts, low cut tops, etc. are allowed.

Promptness is of the essence and our notaries leave to arrive on time, every time.
