I am a mobile Notary – I do not maintain an office. For general Notary Public work, I will meet you in a public location for all your notarial needs.

A travel fee applies to all appointments, and is based upon distance. See below for my travel fees, including my Super-Saver Travel deal. Popular meeting areas in North Stafford for my Super-Saver deal are the Porter Library or Starbucks and Panera at the Stafford Marketplace.

FEES:

Single Document Notarizations – $5.00 per notarization, per document, in addition to the travel fee

Copy Certifications – $5.00 each, in addition to the travel fee

Travel Fee – $25.00 minimum within zip codes 22554 and 22556 – other Stafford County zips are additional; $50.00 minimum travel fee for the City of Fredericksburg and Prince William and Spotsylvania Counties – additional travel fees may apply, depending upon mileage. Super-Saver Travel Deal – I will meet you at the Stafford Marketplace Starbucks, Panera, or at the Porter Library for a low $10.00 travel fee, plus the cost of the notarizations

Complete Loan Package Witness Closing – prices vary; I will go through entire package with signers; includes all required notarizations

E-Docs Loan Package Printing (2 copies) – $25.00

All signers are required to present government issued photo identification. Name listed on identification must match the name listed on the document. Please do not sign your document until in the presence of the notary.

I also perform complete loan package Notary Signing Agent services. I serve the counties of Stafford, Spotsylvania, southern Prince William, the City of Fredericksburg, as well as the Quantico area. Willing to travel to the counties of King George, Fauquier, Caroline, and Orange for an additional travel fee. Southern areas of Spotsylvania County require a travel fee.
