I have a background in Real Estate law and I am familiar with all aspects of loan packages. I have experience closing on a variety of loans, including, but not limited to, Purchases (both Seller and Borrower sides), Refinances, Reverse Mortgages, HELOCS and Second Mortgages. I have also conducted Home Improvement loan closings and RESPA meetings with borrowers. I have a fully operational home office with dedicated fax line. I accept edocs in all formats and have a laser printer capable of printing large packages. My professionalism, reliability and knowledge of the loan process has allowed me many successful closings.
