Services ProvidedOver the past 6 years I’ve completed hundreds of closings for Escrow, Title and Loan companies in the greater Charlotte area. My real estate background includes asset management for the Pension Real Estate Advisors, Equitec Properties and GFS of Florida. I have also held the North Carolina and Florida broker license in the past. Due to my corporate real estate background, I’m highly sensitive to the amount of work and hours that go into completing one closing. Often times, as the Closing Agent, I’m the only face-to-face person the borrower sees.
