I am available to sign closing documents Mon – Friday from 6 pm to 6 am and 24 hours on Weekends.

My rates for the month of July are as follows

$75 for signing of the first set of docs and $50 for each additional. $25 printing fee for each set of docs. .38 per mile after the first 40

If you use my services 5 times in the month of July, get a $75 discount on the sixth signing within the same month.

I cover all of polk county and some of Hillsbourgh and Orange counties.
