With over 40 years’ experience as a secretary and paralegal in the real estate industry, I have been doing mobile notary work for the past 5 years. I handle closings in both Cattaraugus and Chautauqua Counties, and am experienced with DynamicDocs and other popular document software.
I have lengthy experience in purchases, sales and mortgages, including, but not limited to, purchase money mortgages, refinances, HELOCs and reverses, as well as several years’ experience with commercial loan closings. During my career as a legal secretary/paralegal, I handled real estate purchases and sales from preparation of the contract to final recording of the signed documents. I have prepared all documents (including mortgage documents), calculated figures for closing statements and HUD-1s and cut checks for closings. I enjoy working with the public and providing efficient, courteous and exacting service for both borrowers and lenders.
