I am a Certified Loan Signing Agent, Field Inspector and Independent
Arizona Notary Public (formerly licensed in CA). I travel to homes, offices, or
vacation destinations and offer experience in Loan Document Signing
(over 2000 mortgage loans closed on time) and Notary Public services. I also
offer Automotive Document Signings for offsite automotive contract needs
and drive by and commercial equipment inspections. No job is too big or
too small!
I have helped individuals, direct lenders, escrow companies and title companies close over 1000
loans successfully. These loans include purchase loans, fixed and adjustable refinances, home
equity loans and reverse mortgages (Reverse Mortgage Elite Certified with Reeves/Hary,

I am bonded and insured so you can have peace of mind. In October 2006 I was GLBA certified
which is required for lenders. I was originally commissioned in CA for 5 years and received
extensive training and testing for notary law and loan docs. In June 2005 and June 2006, I
attended the National Notary Assoc. Convention and was re-certified June 2006 in the “Notary
Signing Agent Skills Course” and “Authentic ID Verification Practices Course”. I have also received
90 hours training and testing in AZ Real Estate Law.
