Services ProvidedAs a former New Jersey Notary Public and legal assistant, I possess over 16 years experience in the residential real estate. In addition to being a notary and legal assistant, I have worked for a mortgage company in their closing department and held a New Jersey Real Estate license. It is important to note that I have literally handled over 2,500 closing packages and have extensive experience dealing with loan originators, realtors, attorneys, purchasers and sellers. I am a former licensed real estate agent in New Jersey. As you can see, I am very familiar with many of the facets of real estate loan closings and can appreciate the value each person plays in a transaction. Since moving to California I have become a Notary Public and a Certified Loan Signing Agent. I service all of San Diego County and am available evenings and weekends for loan signings.
