24 HOURS A DAYNotary Services. Licensed Title Broker/Title Producer and I am Bonded( by Maryland Law this is needed as a Notary to close loans involving a Deed of Trust). I am a licensed Real Estate Agent with an active Maryland license; however, at this time I am only acting as a referral agent. I have been a Notary for six years; my commission is through August 1,2007. I have current Errors and Omission Insurance. I Notarize approximately 20 Contracts and other Corporate Documents and 15 to 35 Loans as a Signing Agent weekly. I do have experience in Notarizing Loan Documents, Contracts, Deeds and various Legal/Personal Documents. At this time I am available DAY AND EVENING 24 HOURS 7 DAYS A WEEK AND HOLIDAYS. I can travel through out Harford County, Cecil, Baltimore County,Anne Arundel County and Baltimore City. I am willing to consider other Counties as needed, distance and availablity are the factors
