- Will travel 20 miles one-way within Hartford, Litchfield, Middlesex and New Haven counties (see website for specific cities covered).
- Reliable, accurate, and professional service provided by knowledgeable Notary Signing Agent.
- Edocs laser printed on dual-tray PCL-6 HP 4250n or Brother HL-5040 (in all common formats). NOTE: I must have COMPLETE set of documents 2 hours BEFORE appointment in order to ARRIVE ON TIME. However, I do not overbook, therefore am flexible in arrangements.
- Last-minute is my specialty.
- Experienced with Affidavits, Acknowlegements, Living Wills, Oaths & Affirmations, as well as residential mortgage loan documents.
- As an impartial witness, my fee is not contingent upon loan funding. Full fee is expected for services performed. If no-sign at the table, a trip fee will be charged. Printing fees may also apply in addition to trip made. Cancellation at any time after documents have been received & printed will result in print fee. Please advise where to return printed, unsigned documents if applicable.
- Proper ID is required for any notarial act performed.
