Our goal is to provide legal, professional, and quality Notary Public to individuals and companies abiding by the State of Texas Statutes.

We will notarize any legal document you need to have notarized; (Wills, Powers of Attorneys, Affidiavits etc.) our rate is $10 for the first notary seal including mileage depending where you are located. There is a $5 fee for any additional notary seal.

Note: Additional mileage will be added depending on your location.

As a Notary Signing Agent we are specifically trained to handle the signing of mortgage documents. We are aware of the thriving real estate and refinancing markets that have companies scrambling to hire Notary Signing Agents to help meet their increased business demands. We are available to Realtors, Mortgage lenders, Title and Escrow Companies, Small Businesses and for the General Public, Driving Schools, Hospitals, Attorneys and Hotels,and Car Impoundment.

Best Choice Mobile Notary specializes in Real Estate Mortgage Loan Document Signing. Our rate is $140.00 per signing plus traveling fees where “We Come to You”. Let us do the traveling to your home, business, or other meeting place at a time that fits your busy schedule.

We receive loan document papers via email, E-Fax or Mail Carrier, Fed-X or UPS & DHL. A meeting is scheduled with the borrower to sign the loan package. The Notary Signing Agent will go over each loan document, point the borrower to the signature lines and notarize any documents requiring notarization.

Other Charges: EMERGENCY signings between the 10 P.M. – 6:00 A.M. add $50.00

We are available 24/7 Monday – Sunday. Holidays by appointment ONLY

Downloading Documents: Add $30.00

No-show or no-sign: Full Fee

Serving: Bastrop, Burnet, Caldwell, Comal, Hayes, Travis, and Williamson, Lakeway and Wimberly Counties.

Note: All signers must provide current, legal photo ID, preferably a state-issued driver or non-driver ID or U.S. Passport. Acceptable ID is that which is current or has been issued within five years, contains a photograph and description of the person named on it, shall be signed by the person, shall bear a serial or other identifying number, and in the event that the document is a passport, shall have been stamped by the United States Immigration and Naturalization Service.
