I have been a Notary in Pennsylvania for over 40 years. As Sr. V.P. of Commercial Banking Corp. it was my primary responsibility to oversee the preparation of all mortgage and real estate related documents and personally attend every closing which averaged about 5 per week and I was ther for over 17 years. Currently I am a closing agent for both title companies and direct lenders.

My primary area of coverage include Montgomery, Bucks and Philadelphia Counties and given enough notice I will gladly cover Delaware and Chester Counties.

I have done over 4,000 successful mortgage closings covering all of the above five (5) counties in Pennsylvania.
