I am an attorney licensed in both Oregon and Washington and a licensed notary in the state of Washington. I have just moved to Portland and am in the process of obtaining my Oregon notary license. In the meantime, I can conduct closings in in and around the Vancouver, Washington area. I have completed over 200 real estate loan closings with ditech. These have included: refinance mortgages, 2nd mortgages and lines of credit. As an attorney, I also have experience witnessing/notarizing wills, powers of attorney, etc.
