I am a Certified Notary Signing Agent which means that I have completed the required coursework and have been awarded Certification by the National Notary Association, so that I can work effectively with your borrower.

My pledge to you is that your documents will be signed correctly, your borrowers identified legally per the laws of Nevada and the United States.

My Fees include printing of 2 sets of documents, and mileage in Maricopa County in Arizona.

General Notary Service is also available. I can notarize Powers of Attorney, Certify copies of documents, (except birth, death or marriage certificates), Wills, take acknowledgements, execute jurats and administer oaths, authorization for foreign travel with minor.
