SERVICE AREA I’m exclusively a mobile Notary Public. I do not receive clients at my residence (primarily for liability reasons), but will travel to perform your Notary act virtual anywhere within the Southern California region (subject to travel fees). I have performed in homes, business, hospital, clinics, courts, prisons, constructions sites, etc.
HOURS I’m available generally anytime, with 1 day prior appointment, or same day, Monday through Friday, 1:00 pm to 9pm; Saturday and Sunday, anytime (with 1 day prior appointment).
EXPERIENCE I’ve been a Notary Public since October 1999. I have notarized over 1000 documents, ranging from mortgage, real estate, medical, legal, etc.
CERTIFICATIONS I have qualified as premium NNA Certified Signing Agent since September 2005.
ASSOCIATIONS I’ve been a member of the National Notary Association since 1999, and the American Society for Notaries since 2006.
FEES Per Notarized Signature - $10.00 Travel (within 5 miles of North Hills area) - $15.00 Mortgage Loan Signing Set (including travel within 10 miles of North Hills area) - $75 Mortgage E-Docs Set - $25 Please Note: Mention where you found me and ask about my Volume Discounts.
