Loan Signing Services: We assist major lenders in the final stage of loans. We bring your loan documents to the borrower, assist them in the proper execution of each document, notarize were needed and then return the documents to the lender by the overnight carrier of their choice. Basic Notary services are also offered.
We are a husband and wife team. Both Aggie and Tony Velasquez hold a Texas Notary Public commission and are Notary Signing Agents. Aggie holds a B.S. degree in Accounting from Hawaii Pacific University. Tony holds a B.S. degree in Business Administration. Both are bonded and insured.
