I primarily serve the Kansas City metro area but can travel anywhere in Kansas or Missouri for an additional travel fee, based on availability. I am available Monday through Friday. for your convenience. Weekends, holidays and after-hours appointments are available, but only with prior arrangement. No last-minute appointments are accepted.
Minimum fee for a refi with docs is $150; HELOC with edocs $75 (maximum 45 pages). Faxbacks are not included in these prices. These fees are valid for 2014.
