Please be advised that I do not notarize documents that have blank spaces. All documents that you present to me, must have all applicable blanks filled in (this is to prevent fraud or other problems that may arise later).
Jurat’s of Affidavits, you must leave the signature line blank. Signatures on these documents must be signed in the presence of, and witnessed by the notary. As a Notary Public, my job is to certify the identity of the person who signs a legal document.
