My base fee is $75. I am willing to negotiate fees. If I print documents, such as edocs/dynamic docs I charge $25 in addition to my base fee. If there is extra travel involved, most companies pay $25 extra.
If there is a cancellation within 2 hours of a scheduled appt, there is a minimum $35 fee or 1/2 the total fee. Ex: total fee =$100 1/2=$50 Purchases are paying $125 and any last minute closings are paying $125.
