My name is Phyllis Butler, I am the founder of Chatham Mobile Notary Services. I have been a notary for over 20yrs. We provide mobile notary services for businesses, organizations and individuals with limited mobility or access, such as our seniors and those who are in nursing homes, hospitals and are home bound.
