Wendy has worked in the real estate industry for 26 years. Her experience includes: Loss Mitigation modifying loans and document preparation for Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, VA, FHA, Private Investor and Portfolio, 1031 Federal Tax Deferred Exchanges, Real Estate Law Office and Residential Custom Home Construction Management.
She holds a degree in Paralegal Studies (General Practice), Magna Cum Laude and Phi Theta Kappa, is a real estate referral agent with Metro Referral Associates, and performs a variety of field inspections.
Wendy is a member of the Chesterfield Chamber of Commerce, National Notary Association, American Association of Notaries and the National Society Daughters of the American Revolution.
