We have licensed Georgia Attorneys on staff and available. We assist major lenders in the final stage of loan closings. We bring your loan documents to the borrower, assist them in the proper execution of each document, notarize where needed, and return the documents to the lenders by their overnight carrier of choice. We have completed numerous assignments for lenders that include refinance loans, secondary loans, reverse mortgage loans, and equity lines of credit.
