I am a full-time daylight notary witness closer due to night vision issues. I will travel at night if signing site is 10 miles or less from my home/office.
My services include:
Confirming appointments with signers.
Accept documents via email, fax or overnight courier service.
Make “Borrower(s) Copies.
Travel.
Identify signers.
Collect requested documents and/or funds as instructed.
Present the documents to the signer(s).
Scan and fax backs as needed.
Booking HELOC loan signings with Title Companies before 3 pm. and have business agreements with:
- Trophy Club office: $50 per loan (9 am to 3 pm)
- Site where that is already pre-booked with your client(s) bank branch or title office during its normal business hours.
Courier/Document drop off.
I serve the following counties: Collin, Cooke, Dallas, Denton, Erath, Hood, Jack, Johnson, Montaque, Palo Pinto, Parker, Tarrant & Wise
My experience includes closing various types loan transactions: first and second mortgages, open-ended credit lines, fixed equity HELOCS (Home Equity Line of Credit), Cash Outs, FHAs, VA, adjusted rates, balloon mortgages, Reverse Mortgages, purchases (first and second home/investment properties), Cash Purchases, Short Sales, Buyer-Seller Transactions, new home purchases, construction loans, rental properties, time-stares, manufactured homes, interest-only loans, loan modifications and loan applications.
I also witness Loan Application Packages, Estate Planning, Driver License/State ID Applications, Foreclosure and Settlement documents., give oaths, serve subpoenas, do inspections
