I am a full service loan document signing agent. I also notarize individual documents as well.
I have been in the real estate business for 26 years working in an admin/receptionist capacity. I have been a notary Public for 18 years and a notary signing agent for a little over a year. After looking for a full time job for over the past year I landed a job as a part time real estate assistant, which is what I am currently doing. I finally decided that it is time to start doing something on my own, and why not? I know real estate, I’m familiar with loan documents, and I have a Notary Signing Agent Cert.
I would like the opportunity to really make a ‘go’ of this. I’m also focusing on after hour and weekend work. Not all signers are able to sign their loan documents during the work day, and when the in-house notaries are not available after hours, then that’s where I come in.
I love working and attending to clients and their needs. I have a lot of integrity and I take a lot of pride in my work, commitment and my abilities. I will never compromise my position as a notary public.
