The following fees are for the performance of basic notarial duties. These fees are set by the State of Georgia and do not include any miscellaneous fees (including travel).
Acknowledgments $2 per notarized signature
Certified Copy of Power of Attorney $2 per notarized signature
Jurats $2 per notarized signature
Oaths and Affirmations $5 per notarized signature
Proof of Execution by Subscribing Witness $5 per notarized signature
Loan Document Signings NOT AVAILABLE
