With over 10 years of loan experience and currently as a business owner I am familiar with the importance of attention to detail, professionalism, punctuality and good communication skills when conducting mortgage loan closings as well as pre and post-closing responsibilities.
I have extensive experience as a loan officer conducting closings in person. I have most recently worked as a loan officer for a non-traditional community mortgage lender in Detroit where I prepared the loan closing package, attended the closings and reviewed and explained each loan closing document to the borrower or borrowers.
I have a great working knowledge of conventional and FHA mortgage loan products and documentation and have explained Conventional and FHA closing documentation to hundreds of clients.
I am proficient in many computer software programs including Word, Excel, Power Point, Xactimate and multiple mortgage loan origination and mortgage closing software systems.
I have a dual tray laser printer and can handle all paper size loan documents. I cover all of Wayne County (Including Detroit) as well as parts of Oakland and Washtenaw Counties.
