Appointment Fees start at $20 plus $15 per signature notarized

What You Need at Your Appointment
- A valid government issued ID is needed to verify identification i.e.: CA Driver License, CA Identification Card, Passport, etc. Let me know if you may have a question about the type of ID you can provide.
- ID must match the name on the document being notarized.
- What type of notarization you require (ask the person requesting it if there is no notary certificate provided). It may be an Acknowledgement or a Jurat (with oath).
