The California fee for notarization is $10 per person/signature, per document. There is a mobile travel fee of $15 for appointments located within Chatsworth, Bell Canyon, West Hills, and East Simi Valley.

If you require a certified signing agent to help with completing and notarizing loan documents, please call me for a quote and to schedule an appointment. I specialize in loan closings and have flat rates depending on type of loan, signing location, printing requirements, number of signers and fax/scan back needs. I travel to areas in the West San Fernando Valley - Los Angeles County and East Ventura County.
