I have wonderful people skills; am very attentive to all document details; and am known by my friends as meticulous and a perfectionist–traits that work well for me in my signing business! I triple check my documents. I drop off the documents before pick up time that day, most of the time at the UPS or Fedex store near me where I obtain a receipt for the drop. I wear nice business attire and I greet borrowers warmly with a smile and handshake. I am timely. I take pride in making sure every page in the package looks good. In other words, I love this profession. It suits me to a T!

My previous profession of 16 years was as a full time professor of education and psychology for the University of New Mexico. My husband and I have a sideline business of purchasing and selling investment properties.
