Additionally, as a licensed Insurance Agent (CA License #4464567), I bring expertise in handling complex financial and legal documents with accuracy and professionalism. I am also available to provide witness-only signatures for estate planning documents (wills, trusts), signature by mark, out-of-state mortgages/deeds, and other miscellaneous transactions. A witness-only fee applies when I am witnessing the client’s signature without acting in my official capacity as a Notary Public.
