I have had 20+ (and notary). At least half of that time was devoted to real estate years experience as a paralegal transactions. I have been doing independent signings for over 12 years. I have also successfully completed background check through NNA and obtained NNA notary signing agent certification. I’m very thorough - from beginning to end.
