I am a notary public since 2008. I am also a corporate and real estate paralegal since 2001 and have assisted and facilitated in major commercial loan closings up to $575,000,000 and assisted in residential and commercial real estate acquisition closings of multi-million dollar projects in various states. During my career as a paralegal and notary public I have notarized many commercial and residential loan documents and therefore am very familiar with loan closing transactions.
