I have been a mobile Notary Loan Signing Agent for 12 years, I travel up to 50 miles round trip without extra fees, I have sucessfully completed approx 3000 signings. I Have all the necessary equipment to complete the job from E-Docs to Overnight Docs. I pride myself on excellent customer service for both the borrower and Lender/title company/signing service which ever the case may be. I have plenty of references and I am always available for another signing. I work From 6:30am Til 12:00Midnight monday through saturday I charge 65.00 for overnight docs,85.00 for E-Doc and Faxed Docs. an additional 30.00 for anything over 100 miles round trip. I am proficient in refinaces , modifications , reverse morgages, helocs, and purchases and I am positive I can handle your next loan service need.
