My experience includes: Obtaining Secured Lien Payoff Statements, Procure Insurance Declaration Page and alter the loss payee to reflect lender and loan number, Acquire property tax records, Request HOA documentation if applicable. Providing support in Clearing Titles, Deeds, Satisfactions, Subordinations, and Revision of Commitments. Prepare HUD-1 Settlement Statements and Customer Documents to quality control specifications and proper file order. Disburse Loan Funds to all applicable payees. Overnight all applicable documentation to appropriate entities. Obtain and secure releases. Record all necessary documents. I service the following counties: New Hanover, Brunswick, Pender, Columbus, Bladen, Duplin, Onslow, and others by request.
