Our Fees

We charge from $100.00-$125.00 for a first set of loan documents, and $150.00-$200.00 for a first and second (E-documents included). Fax backs are extra.

Simple signatures, such as Grant Deeds, Power of Attorney, etc., are a flat fee of $50.00 (travel included up to 10 miles radius. Over 10 miles is an additional $25.00 for each 10 miles)

Cancelled appointments after the documents are printed are $50.00 and documents will be returned to you.

Cancelled appointments after arrival and no call/no shows after a 20 minute wait are $50.00.

All invoices MUST be paid, even if escrow does not close and are due WITHIN 30 days of receipt of invoice.
